FightStar Interclub 129: Saturday 22nd June, Dewsbury

This agreement made and entered between FightStar Interclub, a Promotion, herein after called “promoter”, and:

I (the person named in this form), herein after called, “Fighter”, follows:

1. The competitor agrees to appear and engage in a friendly MMA/K1/Boxing/Grappling interclub contest.

2. “Competitor” agrees his/her participation in the bout shall be an honest exhibition of his abilities as a Martial Artist.

3. Liability release: “Competitor” understands there is an “assumed risk associated” with Combat Sports, and understands Combat Sports, is a contact sport and in the event of physical injury, death or personal loss occurs will hold harmless promoter and its employees.

4. All entrance fees are NON-REFUNDABLE – your entry cannot be transferred to anybody else.
