TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Agreement is made and entered into electronically between FightStar Interclub, a combat sports promotion (the “Promoter”), and the individual registering for and/or participating in a FightStar Interclub event (the “Competitor” or “Fighter”).By registering for an event, submitting any associated form, and/or ticking the acceptance checkbox, the Competitor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. PARTICIPATION

The Competitor agrees to appear and participate in a friendly interclub contest under one or more of the following disciplines: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), K-1, Boxing, and/or Grappling.

2. Fair Conduct

The Competitor agrees that their participation shall be an honest and fair exhibition of their skills and abilities as a martial artist and shall comply with all rules, safety standards, and instructions provided by the Promoter, officials, and referees.

3. Assumption of Risk

The Competitor acknowledges that participation in combat sports involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to physical injury, serious bodily harm, permanent disability, or death.The Competitor voluntarily and knowingly assumes all such risks associated with participation in the event.

4. Release of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Competitor agrees to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Promoter, its directors, officers, employees, officials, volunteers, contractors, venue operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in the event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

5. FEES

All entrance and registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, illness, disqualification, or withdrawal from the event.

6. Digital Acceptance & Legal Effect

The Competitor acknowledges and agrees that:

This agreement is entered into electronically
Ticking an acceptance checkbox and submitting a form constitutes a digital signature
This agreement is legally binding and enforceable to the same extent as a handwritten signature

Submission data (including date, time, and IP address) may be stored as evidence of acceptance

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Declaration

By registering for a FightStar Interclub event, the Competitor confirms that they:

Have read and understood this disclaimer in full
Voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms
Are physically and medically fit to participate (unless otherwise disclosed)
